Renovation of existing fast food restaurant into a new bank branch office.

This typical fast food restaurant facility, 'lost' in a commercial district, was converted into a new bank branch office bringing color and classical character to South Broad Street in Lansdale.

With simple classical elements like a broken pediment, entablature, and tuscan columns this building design suggests tradition and stability. Carving the institutions name with roman letters into the entablature reinforces the classical character of the building while subtly creating a presence for the credit union.

New skylights bring natural light into the lobby above oak check desk and planters.

This project won both an AWARD OF EXCELLENCE from the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. and a COMMUNITY ENHANCEMENT AWARD from the North Penn Chamber of Commerce.
