This is a design of an 80,000 square foot addition to an existing continuing care retirement community in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. The 'L' shaped addition will consist of two four story wings with a roof top garden. The entire skilled care nursing facility will be relocated from the existing out dated building to the new addition. The main portion of the existing facility will be renovated into personal care suites, a town center, and dining room.
