"In The Dirt"
This proposed new 8,000 square foot facility for MaxPower Inc. will include both Research and Development labs along with office space. The office side of the facility will include an open office area with 16 engineering cubicals, four offices, conference room, secure reception area, and an employee lounge. The R&D side will contain a loading dock, dry room, clean room, quality control room, analytical lab, wet lab, and battery test area. The project also includes another separate building of about 16,000 square feet to be leased out.
